SOL 2018 Day 23 – “And Gallantly He Chickened Out”

His name is Robin. He’s a knight and his armour and shield are emblazoned with chickens… How is this not a Monty Pythons rip off? Oh sorry, “homage”.

I enjoyed the first couple of waves of NEXO Knights, but these day there are too many other cool sets I want. It was fun and I loved the blue on dark blue colour scheme. Still, I often wonder how many Monty Python fans caught this obvious (to me, at least) connection. I’m sure there is quite a bit of crossover between “LEGO fan” and “Python fan”. Seems like a Venn diagram given.
