Another long weekend in May approaches and with it the 6th annual East Coast Comic Expo in Moncton, New Brunswick! Located at the Kay Arena in Moncton this Friday and Saturday the 18th & 19th, you’ll find comic artists, writers and enough independant artists, vendors and other creators to satisfy whatever your flavour of geekery. Friday night is for VIP ticket holders only and unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it that evening, but I’ll be there when the doors open on Saturday at 10AM. The picture above is my display from the first year I attended in 2014 and none of those models exist anymore, with the exception of the 8-bit Spider-Man Mosaic that went home the incredibly talented comic artist, Marco Rudy.
Below, you can see a floor plan for the artist, guests and vendors at this years ECCE and I will be planted firmly near the entrance in the “LEGO Zone”. So, if you live in or near the area, come out and say hi. Bring the kids because this event is as much for them as it is for adults and this year the organizers have arranged for all children under the age of 12 to be admitted for free!
I always have a great time at this event and I’m really looking forward to this being my fifth year exhibiting. I hope to see a record-breaking crowd this year.
